Refund Policy

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Because custom and made-to-measure items are produced specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or refunds for these products unless there is a confirmed quality issue or the wrong item was sent.
Standard Size Orders
For non-custom standard-size items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is clean, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as received;
- You provide the order number or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), the customer covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged, wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you the approval or rejection result.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
- If you have not received a refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us.
