Refund Policy

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Because custom and made-to-measure items are produced specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or refunds for these products unless there is a confirmed quality issue or the wrong item was sent.

Standard Size Orders

For non-custom standard-size items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is clean, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as received;
You provide the order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), the customer covers the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged, wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees are charged.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you the approval or rejection result.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
If you have not received a refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us.
